At Fredhopper we are seeking a talented Web developer intern to join our product services team working on our next generation search engine. You will work in close co-operation with customers, experienced Fredhopper consultants, and product developers. You will tackle interesting challenges and work on the breadth of the entire product, creating product set-ups, making demos, crafting solutions. Our customer project cycles are short allowing you to directly see the impact of your work.

The nature of the issues we are working on require a product services team that yields both excellent analytical and engineering skills. For this internship (6-9 months), we welcome applications from talented students with good academic results and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• University student/graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in developing (E-commerce) web sites
• Java programming skills
• Excellent understanding of Web-standards, such as JSP, JS, HTML, XML
• Proficient in English
